ETF assets closed September at an all-time end of month high, growing $33.6 billion or 5% in for the month according to State Street Global Advisors. ETF assets now total $695 billion across 768 ETFs.
International ETFs saw the biggest growth in September, increasing $12.7 billion or 8.4%. Fixed Income ETFs also enjoyed strong growth, up $5.1 billion or 6.0%.
The weakest category was Market Cap ETFs which grew only $1.6 billion or 1.0%.
